FUEL DELIVERY STAFF - 0.9.70.0

HIRING
Open Email > Applications. Three driver applications are available initially.
Read the experience and pay terms, then Hire driver or Decline application.
New candidates are checked each game day, up to three pending applications.
Your hired roster and progress appear in Email > Employees.
There is no signing fee or idle wage. The game's normal AI helper wages apply
while the driver is driving, including the normal economy cost multiplier.

ASSIGNING A DELIVERY
1. Attach your tanker to your own AI-compatible truck (or use a cargo tank truck).
2. Load enough DIESEL cargo for the whole customer request. Engine fuel is excluded.
3. Park in a clear area, fuel the truck and leave the vehicle.
4. Open the customer's pending request in Email. Click Driver and Truck to cycle
through available employees and loaded rigs, then click Assign delivery.
5. The visible AI helper drives the real truck and attached tanker on the map.
Keep gates open and allow a clear route. FS25's native road AI must support
the vehicle and the map. Unsupported vehicles/destinations give an explanation.
6. On successful arrival, the driver unloads at 80 litres/second while stopped,
with the cargo tank within the normal 12 metre customer delivery range.
Fuel comes from the tanker and enters the customer's actual finite stock.
7. Completion arrives by email. The driver becomes available and leaves the rig
parked at the customer. Refill/reposition the rig for its next assignment.
Automatic collection, refill and return-to-depot trips are not included.

CUSTOMER STOPPING POINTS
Default stops are beside the customer fuel point. For a tight yard or long rig,
park your loaded tanker at the unloading position, open that customer's pending
request and click Save stop here. The tanker must be within delivery range.
Your truck position and heading are saved for that customer. Leave the vehicle
before assigning a driver. This also lets you replace an unsuitable default stop.

MANAGING JOBS
Email > Active jobs includes player deliveries and employee deliveries.
Select an employee assignment to Pause driver, Resume driver or Cancel assignment.
Blocked traffic, unavailable vehicles, lost ownership or failure to unload pause
the assignment and generate an email. A rig that makes no progress for three
real minutes is paused. Check access, gates, fuel and attachments before Resume.
Pause during unloading keeps the undelivered balance. Cancelling invoices only
fuel already delivered and re-offers the remaining amount as a customer request.
Filing/trashing an assignment does not cancel it; it remains in Active jobs.

SAVING AND ACCOUNTS
The roster, saved stops and dispatch references are saved with the Email system.
After loading a saved game, outstanding employee assignments are Paused. Check
the rig and use Resume driver in Active jobs. This avoids surprise restarts.
Completed deliveries create unpriced drafts in Email > Invoices. Set your price
per litre and Create invoice as before. Hiring/dispatch does not create free
fuel or instantly credit delivery income. Existing invoice terms remain intact.

VALIDATION
GIANTS Editor Lua checks cover hire/decline, ownership, loaded cargo, native AI
start/stop API calls, arrival-only unloading, partial delivery save/reload,
pause/resume/cancel, stock/cargo conservation, independent player jobs, invoice
and payment duplication guards, dispatch controls and saved stops.
The native AI driving service was stubbed for these checks. Actual map routing,
traffic behaviour, vehicle compatibility and visual GUI layout need an FS25 run.
Single player only, matching the existing mod.
