VOLVO L25 - TERRAFARM REGISTRATION REPAIR 2.1.0.18

The September 15 log shows TerraFarm 1.6.3.0 loading normally and reading
our machineConfigurations.xml. The installed loader mod is FS25_VolvoL251,
but the index only registered FS25_VolvoL25/tools/bucket/VolvoL25_Bucket.xml.
TerraFarm matches the complete path, including the mod name. Reading the
index successfully does not mean a renamed vehicle matches its entry.

This version registers both FS25_VolvoL251 and FS25_VolvoL25 for the same
existing bucket configuration. It preserves the bucket's standard shovel
type, digging modes, work area, collision data and fill visualization.
No scripts, loader changes or fork changes are included.

INSTALL - ORIGINAL MOD NAME RESTORED
1. Close FS25.
2. Install this update as FS25_VolvoL25.zip, replacing the older ZIP.
Remove the temporary FS25_VolvoL251.zip or extracted folder from the mods
folder. Keep only one active copy of this Volvo mod.
3. Restart FS25 with TerraFarm enabled and confirm Volvo version 2.1.0.18.
4. Attach/select the custom bucket and check the TerraFarm HUD/actions.
Enable TerraFarm on the bucket if it is switched off, then try digging
   on land you own.

Use FS25_VolvoL25.zip for future updates. The internal modDesc version is
2.1.0.18; an extra digit in the ZIP name is not needed to mark an update.
TerraFarm registration includes the original FS25_VolvoL25 name. The
FS25_VolvoL251 entry remains as compatibility for the temporary name.

Saved vehicles refer to the mod name used when they were saved. Restoring
this original name restores the matching original references; vehicles
saved under FS25_VolvoL251 may need their saved paths corrected separately.
The separate TerraFarm and TerraFarmMachines mods do not need editing.

VALIDATION
The old entry fails to match the bucket under FS25_VolvoL251. The repaired
index resolves to the existing machine configuration under both supported
names. XML syntax, node mapping, version and archive integrity were checked.
Matching was verified against TerraFarm 1.6.3.0 source (commit
1399d5e5d237f6182e8291465d6ee91fee7363f2). FS25 is unavailable here; HUD,
terrain deformation and multiplayer behavior still need an in-game check.

The log also contains tooth compound-child warnings. This registration
repair does not claim to resolve or validate those separate contact issues.

VOLVO L25 - COLLISION DATA REPAIR 2.1.0.17

The previous custom bucket binary contained collision mesh geometry but no
compiled convex physics attachments. The supplied GIANTS bucket contains
those attachments. This repair restores the collision payload on all 21
bucket collision meshes (including optional teeth) and the exact-fill body.

The payload format, volume, center and inertia convention were checked against
all six collision records in the supplied native FS25 bucket. Contact margins
are fitted inside the existing shell. No mesh resizing, mount repositioning,
mass/spring changes or fill visual changes are included in this repair.
The Diesel/Electric configurations, loader and forks remain at v2.1.0.16.

Replace the previous ZIP, keep one enabled copy and restart FS25.
Buy a NEW smooth-edge bucket on level pavement, initially with TerraFarm off.
Check that it drops onto the pavement and responds when gently pushed, then
attach and lower it. Check the teeth option if you use it.
Existing saved floating buckets may retain their previous position.

Static binary, geometry and file checks passed. The game and GIANTS Editor
are unavailable here, so this is not an in-game confirmation. If contact is
still missing, provide the current log.txt after spawning the new bucket;
that will show whether FS25 rejected or failed to load a collision body.

VOLVO L25 - NATIVE FS25 REBUILD 2.1.0.16

Diesel and Electric shop configurations
Select Powertrain in the loader's shop customization screen.
- Diesel (default): existing 61 hp / 20 km/h drivetrain, 70 L diesel tank,
existing engine sounds and 3.7-second startup. Base price remains 64,500.
- Electric: 61 hp / 20 km/h, 40 kWh battery, +15,000 purchase price,
0.5-second startup, quieter GIANTS drivetrain/cooling sounds, no diesel
combustion loop and a hidden exhaust-effect parent.

The Powertrain selection links the motor and fuel/battery fill-unit configs.
Electric consumes ELECTRICCHARGE and uses standard FS25 charging stations.
The existing fuel needle and low-level warning follow the selected tank or
battery. Ignition works with normal controls and the existing optional IC.
The battery, price and consumption are gameplay settings for this rebuild,
not a claim to reproduce all specifications of a factory L25 Electric.

Install and quick check
Replace the old ZIP, keep one enabled copy and restart FS25.
In the shop select each Powertrain and confirm its displayed fuel/charge.
Buy an Electric loader, start it and drive briefly; check quieter audio,
no visible exhaust smoke and battery depletion, then try a charging station.
Buy/check Diesel for its existing sounds, fuel and driving behavior.
Save and reload once to confirm each selected powertrain is retained.
File checks passed; these operations still need an in-game check.

All bucket/fork files, loader geometry, attachment physics and IC controls
are unchanged from v2.1.0.15. The earlier bucket test remains outstanding.

VOLVO L25 - NATIVE FS25 REBUILD 2.1.0.15

Volvo-themed rebuild of the supplied native FS25 Kubota R640.
Vehicle base, Albutt reference meshes and original assets: GIANTS Software.
Volvo customization and supplied tools: JDL Logging project.
Radio icon reference: Finanzamt31er, supplied FS25_JD_6R_XLarge_AB donor.

Changes in 2.1.0.15
- Restores the base-game Albutt bucket's standard dynamic frontloader joint.
Removes the bucket's hard-attachment override so its body can respond to
terrain contacts independently of the hydraulically driven loader carrier.
- Matches the donor's 320 kg mass, low center of mass, 10 solver iterations,
and 0.001 density on subsidiary collision shapes.
- Uses five main contact parts: continuous floor/blade, lower curved back,
upper back, and two sides. Merged contacts preserve the previous external
support envelope and remove internal seams between adjacent contact bodies.
- Teeth collisions start disabled and are enabled by the With teeth option.
Both cutting-edge configurations were checked. No visible model resizing.
- Preserves the visible fill repair from 2.1.0.14, 1200 L capacity, pickup
reference, loader, forks, IC controls and other vehicle features.

Validation and limits
Binary records, closed convex contact geometry, support envelopes, scene
indices, XML references and both tooth configuration states were checked.
Only physics shapes 77/78 changed; every visible and fill mesh is identical.
FS25/GE are unavailable here: ground response and attachment under load still
require the following in-game check. No in-game pass is claimed.

Focused test
Replace the old ZIP with FS25_VolvoL25.zip; keep one enabled copy and restart.
Confirm version 2.1.0.15. Buy a fresh Smooth edge bucket on level pavement.
First test with TerraFarm disabled so terrain is not changing under the tool.
1. Let the detached empty bucket settle; check blade and heel ground contact.
2. Attach, gently lower and curl to put the blade on the pavement, then lift.
Check that contact stops the tool and the mount remains aligned.
3. Add stones, raise/curl/dump, and confirm visible fill still works.
4. Re-enable TerraFarm and repeat normal digging. Test teeth if you use them.
If penetration or excessive joint movement remains, provide a current log.txt
and a short clip of step 2 on level pavement with TerraFarm disabled.
