- nominalTph ist der Referenz-Korndurchsatz nahe dem praxisueblichen ~1-%-Verlustpunkt.
- baseLoss ist nur der niedrige Verlustsockel bei geringer Auslastung; kein dauerhafter Mehrprozent-Verlust.
- Die Verlustkurve bleibt unterhalb des Referenzdurchsatzes flach und steigt erst oberhalb der Maschinenkapazitaet stark an.
- L im F1-HUD ist ab 0.1.7.1 die RCL-Durchsatzauslastung. GIANTS getCombineLoadPercentage() wird nicht mehr als Dreschwerkslast interpretiert.
- Die Fahrgeschwindigkeit allein bestimmt den Verlust NICHT. Ertrag, Arbeitsbreite und Geschwindigkeit wirken ueber den real gemessenen Gut-/Korndurchsatz zusammen.
- autoMaxSpeed ist nur eine Modell-/Klassen-Obergrenze. Der reale Schneidwerk-speedLimit und der vom Spieler gesetzte GIANTS-Tempomat begrenzen zusaetzlich.

Der im Test verwendete CONVIO FLEX 1080 ist rund 10,8 m breit. CLAAS gibt fuer EVION reale Getreideschneidwerke bis 6,80 m an.
Daher ist 4 km/h nicht automatisch geringe Last: 6,8 m x 4 km/h = 2,72 ha/h; bei 10 t/ha etwa 27,2 t/h Korn.
10,8 m x 4 km/h = 4,32 ha/h; bei 10 t/ha etwa 43,2 t/h Korn. Ein uebergrosses Schneidwerk kann den EVION also auch bei niedriger Fahrgeschwindigkeit ueberlasten.

Nicht fuer jedes historische Einzelmodell existiert ein frei verfuegbarer, vergleichbarer Verlustkurven-Test. Solche Profile sind transparent aus Messankern derselben Bau-/Dreschsystemklasse, Motor-/Leistungsklasse und Herstellerhierarchie interpoliert. Sie sind keine Behauptung eines exakten Werksmesswerts.

0.1.8.0: Der berechnete Druschverlust wird nun serverseitig aus dem positiven Korntank-Zufluss abgezogen. Negative Füllstandsänderungen/Abbunkern bleiben unberührt.

0.1.9.0: Die Motordrehzahl reagiert nun progressiv auf die bereits berechnete RCL-Durchsatzauslastung. Unter ca. 35 % bleibt die GIANTS-Drehzahlanforderung unangetastet; nahe Nennkapazität steigt die Mindestanforderung bis in den Bereich der Nenndrehzahl. Es wird keine zusätzliche Ertragsabfrage eingeführt.


0.1.14.0: Reale, zwischengespeicherte Motor-Arbeitslast ueber den nativen GIANTS-PTO-Torque-Pfad.
- Mähdrescher: Korn-/Gutdurchsatz + GIANTS CutterLoad, Strohhäcksler-Zusatzlast, Hangkorrektur und Ueberlast mit realem Drehzahleinbruch.
- Feldhäcksler: eigenes Frischmassemodell; Einzug/Häckseltrommel/Auswurfbeschleuniger werden als Lastanteile modelliert, hohe konstante Arbeitsdrehzahl, Schnittlängen-Einfluss (wenn vom Fahrzeug bereitgestellt), Hang- und Ueberlastregelung.
- Feldhäcksler: KEINE Korn-/Dreschverlustberechnung, KEIN Verlustabzug und KEINE Verlustanzeige.
- Punkt 6 (Verschleissmodell) und Punkt 7 (zusaetzliche Strategie-Modi) sind bewusst NICHT umgesetzt. Vorhandene wearSensitivity-Daten bleiben ungenutzt.
- Keine neue Zell-/Fruit-Dauerschleife; Erntewerte bleiben im vorhandenen 250-ms-Sample, die Motorphysik liest nur die gecachte Last.


PICKUP-/GRASMODELL 0.1.14.0
- Feldhäcksler-Pickup wird primär über die GIANTS Pickup-Spezialisierung am angehängten Vorsatz erkannt.
- Keine Schwad-/Terrain-Zellscans: verwendet wird weiterhin nur der bereits gemessene Frischmasse-Gutstrom.
- Pickup-Gras/Schwad hat eine eigene Kapazitätskennlinie (80 % der direkten Häcksler-Referenz bei gleicher Schnittlänge).
- Separate Einzugsgrenze: ca. PS * 0,22 + 30 t/h, begrenzt auf 110-300 t/h.
- Leistungsaufteilung bei Pickup: 30 % Einzug, 52 % Häckseltrommel, 18 % Auswurf.
- Automatik respektiert weiterhin das Speedlimit des angehängten GIANTS-Vorsatzes; Mod-Pickups ohne brauchbare Begrenzung werden in der Automatik auf max. 15 km/h begrenzt.
- Manuelle Fahrgeschwindigkeit wird durch RCL nicht hart begrenzt; Überlast zeigt sich über Last/Drehzahl.
- Feldhäcksler bleiben vollständig ohne Korn-/Druschverlustmodell.


FAHRZEUG-SYNC 0.1.14.0 – AUTO-WIEDERVERBINDEN
- Folgefahrzeug-Konfiguration husAutoReconnect ergänzt; EIN/AUS, Standard EIN.
- Alte Fahrzeuge ohne diese neue Konfiguration werden als EIN behandelt.
- Aktive Paarung wird ab 45 m pausiert statt einen weit entfernten Harvester weiter zu regeln.
- Derselbe gekoppelte Harvester wird als Ziel gemerkt; bei aktiviertem Auto-Reconnect wird nicht auf einen anderen Leader gewechselt.
- Wiederverbindungsprüfung nur alle 500 ms und nur gegen das gemerkte Fahrzeug; kein Harvester-Listen-Scan.
- Automatische Wiederaufnahme innerhalb 35 m, sobald Trailer/Füllziel und Auswurf wieder gültig sind.
- Beim Wenden bleibt die bestehende Kurvenlogik erhalten; falls sich das Gespann dabei über die Freigabedistanz trennt, greift Auto-Reconnect.
